The following people were sentenced in Tioga County Court Monday, Oct. 14, 2019.
Tioga County Prison
Calette T. Fleming, 57, of Middlebury Center, was sentenced to five years intermediate punishment for driving under the influence of intoxicants, with phase one 30 days in Tioga County Prison on work release; phase two 90 days electronic monitoring, phase three, regular probation, 18 months driver’s license suspension, 12 months ignition interlock.
Mary P. McCallister, 30 days to six months in jail for DUI March 24, 2018, on work release, electronic monitoring, 12 months driver’s license suspension, $750 fine.
Jennifer A. Nagy, 34, of Wellsboro, 60 days to six months for theft and receiving stolen property June 5, 2018, work release, credit for six days time served, electronic monitoring.
Dennis E. McCurdy, 44, of Galeton, two years intermediate punishment for driving under the influence of intoxicants June 17, 2017. Phase one, one to 10 days in jail on work release, phase two, 30 days electronic monitoring, phase three, probation, 12 months driver’s license suspension, ignition interlock, $500 fine.
Natasha R. Warfle, 29, of Mainesburg, 12 months probation for simple assault Feb. 2, $50 fine, $180 restitution.

Patricia A. Learn, 48, of Woodhull, N.Y., nine months probation for theft Jan. 31.
Janice A. Bradshaw, 70, of Lawrenceville, 12 months probation for DUI Feb. 14, 2019, 60 days driver’s license suspension.
Courtney S. Jewell, 30, no address available, 12 months probation for DUI May 1, 2019.
