The following people were sentenced in Tioga County Court Sept. 30.

Tioga County Prison

Amanda M. Barnes, five days to 24 months in jail minus one day, paroled immediately for forgery Dec. 11, 2017, $200 restitution, to run concurrently with 12 months probation for theft April 17, $700 restitution.

Cynthia S. Golden-Hurler, 57, of Westfield, 30 days to 18 months in jail for simple assault Aug. 1. Authorized to serve sentence on electronic home monitoring, $50 fine, no contact with victim except in custody or domestic matters, not allowed to possess weapon.

Michael B. Stinger, II, 22, of Galeton, 17 days to 23 months in jail for resisting arrest Sept. 16, 2017, $50 fine.

Home Monitoring

Terry B. Thompson, 52, of Lawrenceville, five years intermediate punishment for driving under the influence of intoxicants, tier 3, second time in five years; phase I, 90 days electronic home monitoring; phase II, probation, 12 months driver’s license suspension, and ignition interlock.

Probation

David L. Benjamin, 51, of Troy, nine months probation for retail theft Feb. 18, 2018, $100 fine, restitution to Wal-Mart.

Nathan K. House, 22, of Wellsboro, nine months probation for disorderly conduct Oct. 23, 2018, special conditions to comply with mental health treatment reccommendations.

Patrick H. Heath, 47, of Wellsboro, probation revoked May 3, 2019, resentenced for harassment, terroristic threats and simple assault charges from Sept. 24, 2017, 18 months probation.

Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition

David M. Rodabaugh, 60, of Tioga, 12 months probation for DUI May 10, 2019, 60 days driver’s license suspension.

Michael L. Jolin, 73, of Wellsboro, nine months probation for DUI Feb. 10, 2019, 30 days driver’s license suspension.

Joshua L. Newcomb, 45, of Tioga, 12 months probation for DUI Oct. 21, 2018, 30 days driver’s license suspension.

Amy S. Smith, 42, of Mansfield, 12 months probation for DUI March 17, 2019, 60 days driver’s license suspension.

Joseph A. Drake, 23, of Mansfield, 12 months probation for DUI May 20, 2019, 60 days driver’s license suspension.
