The following people either have appeared or will appear before District Judge Rob Repard to face various charges.

Jon Tyler Nellis, 38, of 2411 Charleston Road, Mansfield, faces charges of DUI, illegal possession of an offensive weapon and possession of drug paraphernalia following an incident at the McDonald’s, Wellsboro, May 3. Police were dispatched to a traffic complaint on Tioga Street about a vehicle driving erratically and found the vehicle leaving the Nittany Minit Mart and followed it to Charleston Street, where they conducted a traffic stop. Nellis was agitated and admitted to police that he was a meth user. Police also noticed brass knuckles and a karambit knife in the driver’s side door storage compartment. Also located was a $100 counterfeit bill and an energy drink can with a pill bottle inside it containing new heroin wax paper baggies ready for packaging, a box of Q-tips,a new package of 1x1 inch clear baggies and a package of four metal spoons. Inside his backpack, police found two syringes, a butane micro torch, and a soda can with a false interior or pill bottle inside.

His preliminary hearing was set for July 2.

Joseph A. Drake, 23, of 86 Route 660, Mansfield, faces charges of possession of a small amount of marijuana and driving an unregistered vehicle following a traffic stop on a 1999 Chevrolet Malibu on Charleston Street May 20. Police noticed an odor of marijuana and Drake admitted he “might have” some marijuana in his possession. Police said he handed over a small baggie containing marijuana for personal use. His preliminary hearing was set for July 2.

Brandy L. Haring, 39, of 2428 Stony Fork Road, Wellsboro, faces charges of theft and receiving stolen property after she allegedly took cash from the cash register at the Dunkin Donuts, where she worked between March 8 and April 17. Police said she removed approximately $230 over the one month period. Haring told police she had “made a mistake changing out tip money.”

Her preliminary hearing was set for July 2.
