Tawnee Renee Moore, 20, of Wellsboro, was charged with theft, criminal mischief and harassment following a reported domestic dispute in Middlebury Township, May 2. Moore reportedly arrived at the accuser’s residence to pick up her belongings. An argument ensued and Moore reportedly broke the accuser’s glasses and took their phone, both valued at $200. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for July 21.

James Andrew Thomas, 25, of Wellsboro, was charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance, simple assault and harassment following a reported domestic dispute in Charleston Township May 24. Thomas and the accuser engaged in a verbal argument that reportedly became physical. The accuser reportedly had lacerations on his face following the argument. When police arrived the accuser related there was marijuana in Thomas’s residence. When police investigated, a marijuana plant was discovered. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for July 21.

Tai A. Ingerick, 32, of Wellsboro, was charged with simple assault and harassment following a reported domestic dispute in Delmar township May 31. An argument reportedly broke out concerning an air conditioner, during the altercation Ingerick reportedly struck the accuser in the face. Ingerick reportedly told police that the accuser struck him first. Ingerick was placed under arrest. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for July 21.

Daniel Edward Saniga, 24, of Wellsboro was charged with DUI, disregard for traffic failure to drive at a safe speed and careless driving following a reported single-vehicle accident on Route 6 in Charleston township Jan. 12. When police arrived on scene and made contact with Saniga, the smell of alcohol was noticed. Standard field sobriety tests were administered and Saniga was placed under arrest having shown signs of impairment. A breath test was administered at Pennsylvania State Police barracks in Mansfield with a positive result of .106%. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for July 28.

Kenneth J. Stephen, 61, of Wellsboro was charged with two counts of DUI and careless driving following a reported one-vehicle accident on Stony Fork Road in Delmar Township April 21. When police arrived at the scene and made contact with Stephen the odor of alcohol was noticed. A blood draw was taken at Soldier and Sailors Memorial Hospital. The result of the blood draw was positive for alcohol with a reading of .199%. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for July 14.

Natasha L. Dipiero, 36, of Reading was charged with DUI, endangering the welfare of a child and failure to abide by maximum speed limits following a traffic stop on Route 6 in Gaines June 6. After observing Dipiero’s vehicle reportedly cross the fog line multiple times police initiated a traffic stop. Upon making contact with Dipiero police noticed the odor of alcohol coming from the vehicle. A preliminary breath test was administered after Dipiero showed signs of impairment during a standard field sobriety test. The PBT showed a positive result for the pretense of alcohol with a reading of .146% and a second test reading of .150%. Dipiero was placed under arrest. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for July 14.
