Clint Martin Walker Jr., 20, of 12393 Route 6, Wellsboro, faces charges of manufacture, delivery and possession with intent to manufacture or deliver a controlled substance and possession and use of drug paraphernalia Aug. 2, 12393 Route 6, Charleston Township.
According to documents filed at District Judge Rob Repard’s office, state police said they were dispatched to assist the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources to assist with a warrant service.
Upon arrival, police noticed the smell of marijuana coming from the residence. A marijuana grow was subsequently discovered in the back left bedroom with approximately 20 plants located. Paraphernalia recovered included zip-lock baggies, smoking devices and a scale. Bulk packaged marijuana was discovered in the upstairs refrigerator. Loose marijuana found in the residence amounted to 228 grams, two digital scales and $130 in cash, a loaded Glock 26 9mm handgun in a safe with a 24 round magazine, along with more packaged marijuana. Walker’s preliminary hearing was set for Aug. 27.
