Alexes Edward Rivera, 20, of Elmira, N.Y., was charged with theft, receiving stolen property, simple assault, criminal mischief and harassment following a protection from abuse order out of New York state on Sept. 6. Rivera allegedly texted an individual and threatened to place nude pictures of them on the internet if they did not return his phone charger. Surveillance video showed him and the victim having an altercation in a parking lot where a cell phone received damage. A preliminary hearing was scheduled for Oct. 7.
Ulyessie Kittrell, 37, of Harrisburg, was charged with use and possession of a controlled substance, driving under the influence, terroristic threats, simple assault, criminal mischief and harassment following a report of an altercation in Blossburg on Sept. 13. Kittrell allegedly got into a physical altercation where he struck an individual in her face causing her mouth to bleed. When trying to leave the scene, Kittrell allegedly threatened to shoot the individual if she called the police. Police smelled the odor of marijuana and alcohol on Kittrell’s person. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Oct. 21.
Alexander James Dean, 18, of Bergen N.Y., was charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance and not driving within lane following a traffic stop in Richmond Township on Aug. 29. Dean was seen by police leaving his lane while driving. Dean admittedly reported to having THC edibles and a vape pen in his vehicle. Drug paraphernalia was found within the vehicle. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Oct. 21.
Todd Lee Tomlinson, 50, of Mansfield, was charged with endangering welfare of children, two counts of driving under the influence, public drunkenness and not using proper restraint systems following a traffic stop at the Pump and Pantry in Mansfield on Sept. 19. A child was found with Tomlinson in the front seat without a proper restraint system. Police conducted standard field sobriety tests and they resulted showing impairment. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Oct. 21.
