Jessica Lynn Marble, 39 of Tioga, was charged by Lawrence Township Police with retail theft after a visit to the Acorn in Lawrence Township. Marble allegedly did not pay for two cans of Red Bull.

Genelle Lynne Jones, 31, of Tioga, was charged by Pennsylvania State Police with driving under the influence of alcohol or controlled substance impaired/incapable of driving safely, driving under the influence highest rate of alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol or controlled substance, endangering the welfare of children, violation of registration and certificate of title and violation of classes of licenses, failure to provide financial responsibility, failure to drive on roadways laned for traffic, careless driving and operation of a vehicle without official certificate of inspection. Jones allegedly operated a dirt bike while under the influence of alcohol and marijuana. The bike was not registered nor insured. Preliminary alcohol tests read .18%.

Clayton Daniel Jones, 28, of Millerton, was charged by Pennsylvania State Police with two counts of possession of controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia. It is alleged that Jones possessed meth, marijuana and glassine bags.

Thomas Allen Mosher, 29, of Knoxville, was charged by Pennsylvania State Police with driving under the influence of alcohol or controlled substance impaired/incapable of driving safely, driving under the influence highest rate of alcohol, failure to drive on roadways laned for traffic, and careless driving. Preliminary alcohol tests read .208%. The charges were filed following a motor vehicle accident on state Route 49 in Deerfield Township Sept. 25.
