The following individuals faced court action in front of District Judge James Edgcomb.
Richard Loren Davis, 47, of Westfield, was charged by Pennsylvania State Police with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property. Davis allegedly removed a tool set and a reciprocating saw from the victim’s property without permission on Aug. 30.
Crystal Lynn Neally, 40, of Tioga was charged by Tioga Borough police with possession of controlled substance, possession of a small amount of marijuana, windshield obstruction, unlawful activities for faulty tires and possession of drug paraphernalia. Neally allegedly possessed marijuana, valium, Xanax, methamphetamines and hydrocodone when police responded to a report of a reckless driver.
Corey Allen Rice, 34, of Tioga, was charged by Tioga Borough police with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence of alcohol or controlled substance, a driving under the influence of controlled substances, careless driving, failure to drive on the right side of the roadway, and driving while operator’s privilege is suspended or revoke. The charges were filed following a motor vehicle accident.
Elaina A. Taft, 34, of Tioga, was charged by Tioga Borough police with possession of controlled substance ad drug paraphernalia. Taft was a passenger in a vehicle during a motor vehicle accident July 6 in Tioga Township.
Cameron Michael Podgorny, 27, of Elmira, N.Y., was charged by Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission with operating a watercraft under influence of alcohol or controlled substance, operating a watercraft under the influence of controlled substance, possession of small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to have a current boat registration, and failure to display navigational lights after sunset.
