The following individuals faced court action in front of District Judge James Edgcomb.

Roger Duane Huntington, 38 of Tioga was charged by Tioga Borough Police with having altered, forged or counterfeit plates and operating vehicle without valid inspection. Huntington allegedly operated a vehicle without a valid certified inspection by using an inspection certificate not associated with vehicle he was operating.

Thomas M. McDermott, 33, of Philadelphia was charged by Tioga Borough Police with two counts of driving under the influence of controlled substance and violation of obedience to traffic control device. Police stopped McDermott for failing to stop completely at a stop sign while in the township.

Gary Scott Naylor, 43, of Westfield was charged by Pennsylvania State Police with theft by unlawful taking or disposition, simple assault, unauthorized use of automobiles or other vehicles and harassment. Naylor allegedly struck a female victim, took her cell phone and drove off in her vehicle without her consent in Westfield Township July 26.

Kenneth S. O’Dell, 33, of Westfield was charged by Westfield Borough Police with simple assault and disorderly conduct. O’Dell allegedly struck the male victim in the face with a closed fist and a rocking chair causing injury. The incident occurred July 29.
