Wellsboro Masons support Big Brothers Big Sisters

Eire Council #105 Knight Masons Wellsboro, PA recently made a $500 donation to the Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Twin Tiers youth mentoring program serving Tioga County, PA. The check was presented to Jillian Benelli, Executive Director of Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Twin Tiers, by Steve Gee, Kevin Kulish and Dave Loveland.

Knoxville’s Dollar General takes shape

The new Dollar General store in Knoxville is taking shape. The old feed mill on the lot was demolished in September and now, the building’s shell and parking lot are nearing completion, seen here on Nov. 21. The store is expected to open next spring.

Community service Thanksgiving baskets

Austin Scout Troops 524b and 524g, along with the Austin Cub Scouts, each donated items to fill Thanksgiving baskets for two local families. The baskets included two full dinners and were part of the scout’s community service project.
