Eric Steven Webster, 35, of Wellsboro, was charged with driving under the influence and endangering welfare of children following a report of reckless driving along Route 6 in Gaines Township on Sept. 12. A motorist reported a truck was driving all over the road and almost hit someone before they parked at a rest stop. Police went to the rest stop and found Webster along with two juveniles. After detecting the odor of alcohol, standardized field sobriety tests were administered showing signs of impairment. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Nov. 3.

Brett M. Learn, 40, of Elkland, was charged with driving under the influence and failure to use proper vehicle lights following a traffic stop on Tioga Street on Aug. 21. An odor of alcohol was detected. Multiple signs of impairment was shown after standard field sobriety tests. Learn refused a chemical breath test and to sign any forms while intoxicated. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Nov. 3.

Kyle Aaron Sallada, 28, of Morris, was charged with two counts of driving under the influence, driving without registration and certificate and careless driving following a barricaded gunman incident in Morris Township on July 7. Sallada drove into an active scene and was taken into custody after the scene was cleared. Standard field sobriety tests were conducted and lead to an arrest for DUI. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Nov. 3.
