Emily Mae McCall, 30, of Franklin, was charged with use/ possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop along Route 6 in Eulalia Township on Nov. 27, 2019. Police noticed a mislabeled pill bottle in the center console of the vehicle. McCall reported she had syringes and a prescribed medication with her. Police noticed that the label explained the medication should be dissolved under the tongue, not injected. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Oct. 22.

Nicholas Tyler Trego, 22, of Coatesville, and Aundraya Marie Baxter, 28, of New Holland, were charged with use/ possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance and violation of rules on commonwealth property following a report of individuals who were camping illegally at Prouty Place State park in Summit Township on Aug. 22. Baxter and Trego were found with drug paraphernalia and they admittedly reported that there was marijuana inside a grinder. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Oct. 22.

Robert John Howard, 20, of Port Allegany, was charged with terroristic threats and disorderly conduct following a report of an individual making threats against the school on Main Street on Oct. 6. Howard allegedly made comments about blowing up the school and killing students. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Oct. 26.
