The following individuals are scheduled to appear before District Judge Annette Easton in Coudersport.
John William Oliver, 31, of Coudersport, was charged with fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to drive at a safe speed, careless driving, reckless driving, operating on streets or highways, unlawful operation of an ATV in a careless way and unlawful operation of an ATV without a helmet. On Nov. 7, state police reportedly encountered Oliver driving a UTV while not wearing a helmet on Ridge Road, Portage Township, a road not designated for such vehicles. Oliver allegedly did not stop for police, leading them on a pursuit. After Oliver stopped, he allegedly smelled of alcohol and displayed other signs of alcohol impairment. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Dec. 15.
Casey Scott Fuller, 30, of Crosby, was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of controlled substance. On June 3 at Carp Park, Coudersport, police reportedly found Fuller to be in possession of marijuana, a glass smoking pipe and a tin with white powdery substance inside that tested positive as cocaine. A preliminary hearing was scheduled for Nov. 16.
Dwayne Myers, 50, of New Cumberland, was charged with manufacture, etc. of a controlled substance and use/possession of drug paraphernalia. A Game Commission Officer reportedly found Myers in possession of marijuana while driving on Pine Island Road, Wharton Township, on Oct. 24. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Dec. 3.
