Gregory Allen Odenwalt, 41, of Galeton, was charged by Pennsylvania State Police with prohibited possession of a firearm. Odenwalt was served a protection from abuse order by the Clarion County Sheriff’s Office on March 11. Odenwalt allegedly failed to relinquish all firearms in his possession within 24 hours after being released from treatment as required by law. A preliminary hearing was continued and rescheduled for Dec. 18.

Andrew Michael Wenrich, 25, of Ulysses, was charged by Pennsylvania State Police with flight to avoid apprehension. On Sept. 3 in Harrison Township, Wenrich allegedly ran from police who tried to take him into custody for several outstanding bench warrants. A preliminary hearing was continued and rescheduled for Nov. 30.

Kim-Lien Nguyen Kendall, age unavailable, of Astoria, N.Y., was charged with possession of a controlled substance, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a small amount of marijuana. On Sept. 15 in West Branch Township, police observed a bong on a picnic table at a campsite and reportedly found Kendall to be in possession of marijuana and suspected psilocybin mushrooms. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Dec. 18.

Vishak Arvind Balakrishnan, 23, of Philadelphia, was charged with use/possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a small amount of marijuana while at Cherry Springs State Park on Sept. 19. Police patrolling the area reportedly found Balakrishnan to be in possession of a joint containing marijuana. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Dec. 18.

Vincent David Dimaggio, 22, of Aston, Pa., was charged with use/possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a small amount of marijuana at Cherry Springs State Park on Sept. 25. Police patrolling the area reportedly found Dimaggio to be in possession of a joint and a baggie containing suspected marijuana at his campsite. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Dec. 18.

Chase Evan OMalley, 23, William Nicholas Planey, 24, both of Brooklyn, N.Y., and Christian Andrew Trudeau, 26, of Buda, Texas, were all charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana. On Sept. 27 at Cherry Springs State Park, police reportedly found all three men to be in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia at their campsite. Preliminary hearings are scheduled for Dec. 18.
