HARRISBURG, Pa., June 21, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- The Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency announced today that it is accepting bids for the purchase of $3 million in mixed-use development tax credits. The funds collected from successful bidders will be used for the construction or rehabilitation of mixed-use developments in Pennsylvania communities.  The deadline for bids is 2 p.m. on Friday, July 16.

DOYLESTOWN, Penn., March 29, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- Beginning in April, Bucks County, Pennsylvania's Sheriff Office will conduct its foreclosure sales online through online real estate auction site Bid4Assets.com. The first sale will open for bidding April 9 with 189 properties posted for auction. The sale's new online format eliminates all COVID-19 concerns surrounding the auction by allowing bidders to participate remotely using their cellphones, laptops and desktops.
