Sophomore Lacey O’Donnell totaled four hits and scored two runs in each game to lead Mansfield University to a 6-4, 11-0 sweep of Virginia Union University on the road on Saturday, March 7.

The scored remained the same until the sixth inning, where Mansfield exploded for a three-run inning. Senior Cassidy Smith belted a triple to drive in O’Donnell and later scored on a wild pitch. Senior Hannah Breitigan laid down a bunt to bring in senior Devin Jones to extend the lead to 6-2.
