Tammi Lynn Ferguson, 44, of Wellsboro, was charged by Wellsboro Borough Police with theft by taking movable property, receiving stolen property and criminal trespass. Ferguson allegedly stole a tree, a bag of potting soil and a garden stone from Morris Lane, Wellsboro, on Nov. 5. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Nov. 24.

Tyler Paul Line, 29, of Carlisle, was charged by the Pennsylvania Game Commission with carrying a firearm without a license, possession of a small amount of marijuana, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, hunting or furtaking while under the influence and unlawful taking/possession of game or wildlife. Line was allegedly found to be under influence of a controlled substance and failed to tag a deer before moving it as required by law while hunting on Claymine Road, Tioga State Forest, on Oct. 17. He was allegedly in possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and a concealed weapon. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Dec. 1.

Joseph Steven Young, 41, of Troy, was charged by Wellsboro Borough Police with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, DUI impaired ability, possession of a small amount of marijuana, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance and no headlights. Young was allegedly found to be under the influence of methamphetamine, in possession of methamphetamine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia and driving with an inoperable headlight on Main Street, Wellsboro, on Aug. 17. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Dec. 8.

Gary Wade Confair, 57, of Liberty, was charged by Pennsylvania State Police with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to drive on the right side of the roadway, failure to drive on roadways and careless driving. Confair was allegedly under the influence of alcohol after police stopped his vehicle for weaving and crossing lanes on Bloss Mountain Road, Liberty Township, on Aug. 8. His blood alcohol content was .238%. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Dec. 8.

Chelsea Gaverick, 29, of Mansfield, was charged by Pennsylvania State Police with access device fraud and theft by unlawful taking or disposition. Gaverick allegedly used another person’s debit card without their permission to make purchases totaling $579.37. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Dec. 8.

Devin Andrew Courtwright, 20, of Middlebury Center, was charged by Pennsylvania State Police with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol, prohibitions in specific places, careless driving and minor prohibited from operating with any alcohol in system. Courtwright was allegedly under the influence of alcohol when police found him standing behind a vehicle with its engine running on Glenn Road, Chatham Township, on Sept. 7. His blood alcohol content was reportedly .155%. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Dec. 15.

Madison Wehlin Osgood, 20, of Wellsboro, was charged by Pennsylvania State Police with two counts of the controlled substance, drug, device and cosmetic act. Osgood was allegedly in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia after police found him asleep in his car on Fischler Street, Delmar Township, on Aug. 30. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Dec. 22.

Kevin Lamonte Flowers, 38, of Mansfield, was charged by Wellsboro Borough Police with driving under the influence: general impairment. Flowers was allegedly under the influence of alcohol while driving through Wellsboro on Oct. 16 with a reported blood alcohol content of .285%. A preliminary hearing is Dec. 22.
