UPMC Wellsboro welcomes 2022’s first baby

Clayton James Barr, the son of Shaina Rogers and Cody Barr from Mansfield, was the first baby of the new year born at UPMC Wellsboro. Clayton was born at 12:30 p.m. on Jan. 2, 2022. Weighing in at 7 pounds 2 ounces and 17.25 inches long, he is happy and healthy. Mom and dad are very happy to welcome baby Clayton to their family.
